Hair Loss Solution

Having hair loss is common to us, but having excessive hair loss is a bit different and sometimes scares us to death.  Most of hair loss runs to our genes, like its runs in our family. Other because they have done something wrong on their hair and scalp that is why they have hair loss. No matter what reason of having hair loss it is still a big problem on how to stop it and how to regain hair in natural way.

My advice on stopping hair loss:

First, you must stop using shampoo with too much chemicals on it. Change to a shampoo that is organic with less chemicals. Using shampoo everyday does not harm our hair or scalp. It helps clean your scalp from excessive oil on the scalp.

Too much oil in your scalp blocks the hair follicles from breathing and it clogs to your hair follicles and make your hair weak. If you hair becomes weak then it will fall out from your head that will result to hair loss. The most important thing is to cleanse properly your hair and scalp after shampooing.  If you don't properly cleanse your scalp the residue of the shampoo will stick to the scalp and hair follicles.

Second, after shower you much blow dry your hair and scalp to prevent bacteria build up.  A wet scalp is very prone to bacteria build-up thus resulting to dandruff and other scalp irritation.

Third, applying coconut oil at lease once a week and massaging the scalp will help have a better blood circulation to your head and thus promotes healthy scalp and hair.

Fourth, you can use green tea to help you fight hair loss and other scalp problems. Prepare a green tea in a cup but instead of drinking it, apply it to your scalp and massage while it is still warm. Leave it for 30 minutes and rinse properly.

Having healthy scalp promotes hair growth and healthy hair.  Eat the right kind of food that will help you maintain your healthy hair.

    1. Hot oil treatments: Take any natural oil - olive, coconut, canola - and heat it up so that it is warm, but not too hot. Massage it gently into your scalp. Put on a shower cap and leave it on for an hour, then shampoo your hair.

    2. Natural juices: You can rub your scalp with either garlic juice, onion juice or ginger juice. Leave it on overnight and wash it thoroughly in the morning.

    3. Get a head massage: Massaging your scalp for a few minutes daily will help stimulate circulation. Good circulation in the scalp keeps hair follicles active. Circulation may be improved through massage by using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base.

    5. Practice meditation: Believe it or not, most of the times, the root cause for hair loss is stress and tension. Meditation can help in reducing that and restore hormonal balance.
